When you hear the term “male cheerleader”, do you think “that guys is genius” or “that guy is gay”? Either way, that guy is spending a lot of time with good looking girls, and very little competition. In this episode I take a look at the Peach Momotaro from Teavana. This is what’s known as a flowering or blooming tea. It is a hand woven ball of white tea leaves, with a small bouquet of chrisanthemine and jasmine flowers inside. When brewed, the tea ball unfurls and produces a very elegant looking tea pot and a light flavored tea. Obviously this tea is best brewed in a clear tea pot, like the Sorapot, shown in this episode. Let me know if you’ve tried any other blooming teas that you’ve enjoyed. Cheers.

In this episode I take a look at one great tea from Teavana – their Six Summit’s Oolong. It came highly recommended from the girl at the Teavana store, and also is a favorite of Jess at NerdiTEA. At $18 for 2oz., it’s not the cheapest tea on the market, but you can taste the freshness. It’s also good for multiple infusions, so make sure you’re ready for more than just one cup. I would definitely recommend this if you’re not looking for an overpowering tea, but want a very quality tea. Simply put, this tea is subtle sophistication. Cheers.
