I’m a 27 year old, self-made thousandaire. I have an email marketing company that I started with my brother in 2005. I also teach a few classes for the MBA program at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, CA. I consider myself extremely blessed – I have an incredible family, great friends, an awesome job, and I rarely go more than 10 minutes without laughing – what more could I want?
In my quest to become more sophisticated, I decided to take up tea. Along the way, I found out that I actually like it. The more I tried and discovered about tea, the more I began to truly appreciate the greatness of it. As my tea collection and knowledge grew, I decided to put together a video blog to share my own growth as a tea lover. You’ll notice that even I’ve come a long way since the beginning of this blog (see episode #1 pronunciation of Rooibos) and hopefully you can learn with me.
I’ll be trying new teas as often as possible and sharing my thoughts on this blog. You’ll also find things that I think are cool, interesting, or useful on here too if it relates to tea in any way. Feel free to comment, make suggestions, and contribute in any way you want. Visit www.coreywright.com for more blogs, and all of my contact information, or email me directly at coreywright7@earthlink.net. Cheers.

Very clever idea for a blog. You seem like an interesting guy, and it was fun watching your first podcast. Wish my computer were faster, tho. Thanks for the follow on Twitter!

Kristin,
Thanks for the comment. The blog is definitely a lot of fun to make, and of course I’ll keep you posted via Twitter when new posts go up. Unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do about your internet connection.
Cheers,
Corey
I love Coffee Bean’s Jasmine Dragon Phoenix Pearl tea. Its the best in my book. And my book is the best Corey. You should just know.
I’m always open to new tea’s though….if it makes the cut.
Hi,
What do you guys think of the Tea Machine? have a look at http://www.fine-t.co.uk and see what you think…it certainly does take the uncertainty and guesswork out of making gourmet teas. I saw a demonstration, and it was amazing.
Hi Muddy,
I’ve never used the Tea Machine, but I mention it in a previous blog post, where I show some of the coolest tea products around. In my research, it’s the best of the “automatic brew” tea machines. If you get one and try it, let me know your thoughts, but based on my research, I would highly recommend it. Keep in mind though, while it makes the process much easier, you lose some of the fun and control that you have when you brew your tea yourself. Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Corey
How did you like the Cha Cha Tea samples?
I just found your site and absolutely love it.
The only thing I wish was different, was that I lived closer so that we could meet up over a warm cup or two…
Maleah – The teas were awesome. I put together a blog, and I’ve been meaning to get it up, things have just been crazy. My favorite was the Caramel Rooibos. I’ll have the blog up soon, I promise. And thanks again for the tea.
Madam Potts – Thanks for the great feedback. It’s always nice to know that people actually watch and enjoy them. Haha. Cheers.
Cool show! I love when people do stuff like this; go through their own experiences via the web (if that sentence made sense haha). Keep up the good work dude!
